Kevin Kaiser

Coastal Edge was founded in Charleston, SC, by experienced learning leader Kevin Kaiser. He was first exposed to world-class leadership at age eight when he went to work one day with his grandfather at General Electric. Kaiser would go onto be a third generation GE employee and serve in various and notable training roles over a 16-year period. Today, through Coastal Edge, he has designed and is now delivering training programs globally which he created specifically for innovative companies that rank in the Top 10 and Top 150 of the Fortune 500. These companies have excelled from Kaiser's superior knowledge and execution of high impact learning experiences.
